Maurice Blackburn Lawyers in association with IMF (Australia) have announced plans to commence formal legal proceedings in the Queensland Supreme Court against the Queensland Government over the devastating floods which hit Brisbane, Ipswich and Goodna on 11-12 January 2011.
This may be the last chance for flood victims to be compensated over this man-made flood.
